Works began at the start of this month to a detached house in Epsom. The side garage is being demolished to make way for a full width side extension that extends the length of the house.
The result will be the addition of a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. This area is accessed from the front living room.
It has been designed at the front to match the traditional frontage of the house and at the back it adjoins the existing rear extension seamlessly.
