This week, we received planning approval for a new single-storey side and rear extension to a 1950s-1960s end-of-terrace house in Ashford, replacing the existing conservatory.
The new habitable space will transform the previously small, functional kitchen into an open-plan kitchen and dining area, along with a secondary living space, making it ideal for a young family.
