We are happy to announce that we have successfully obtained planning approval for a ground floor wrap around extension in Stoneleigh, Surrey.
The new extension integrates modern design with the existing traditional 1930’s building.
The aim was to create functional and versatile spaces to accommodate the growing family and their changing needs.
The final result will a be large open plan kitchen and dining area to the rear, off which there will be a second living room for the family. They will also benefit from a downstairs WC and Utility Room. The front living room will remain as a sanctuary for the adults of the household.
